Brooks Hill Partners Announces Partnership with Solstice Strategy Group

Brooks Hill Partners and the Solstice Strategy Group today announced a strategic partnership initiative to provide market-leading advisory services at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital health.

BOSTON and MINNEAPOLIS ( Brooks Hill Partners ("Brooks Hill") and the Solstice Strategy Group (“Solstice”), two healthcare-focused consulting firms, today announced a strategic partnership initiative designed to provide market-leading advisory services at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital health. The new initiative will further enhance the well-established Brooks Hill and Solstice offerings in corporate and product strategy, launch readiness, licensing and acquisitions, and lifecycle management.

The healthcare industry is continuing its transformational push towards value-based care. Associated regulatory uncertainties and increased cost pressures are pushing key biopharma, device, payer, and provider stakeholders to focus on developing innovative business models and comprehensive solutions that will bend the cost curve and improve patient outcomes. After years of fits and starts, tech-enabled services and digital health initiatives are finally seeing increased levels of adoption. The spectrum of areas that will have an impact is broad– whether it’s leveraging real world evidence to optimize development and improve market access, incorporating artificial intelligence and deep learning into drug discovery programs, or even establishing differentiating capabilities “beyond the pill.”

“Technology and workforce trends are changing the way our clients look to engage,” said Solstice partner Jeremy Cohen. “Consulting firms like ours are structured to deliver solutions to clients of all sizes, from large multi-national companies to venture-backed startups, so we saw the incorporation of digital health and innovation services as a natural progression.”

“There are a lot of great healthcare consultancies out there; however, we felt that there was a gap in the marketplace for a firm that focused specifically on innovative and actionable digital health strategy development, while also providing an unmatched level of service and value,” said Dane Callow, managing partner of Brooks Hill. It was out of this gap that the partnership initiative originated, with a goal of supporting clients in the identification, definition, and integration of health-related technology opportunities that improve outcomes, shorten development timelines, and reduce treatment costs.

Both companies are excited about building upon their track record of success as well as expanding their capabilities to provide additional value to the market. As part of this partnership, Solstice and Brooks Hill will make meaningful investments over the next 12 months to ensure clients have access to the market-leading talent, research, and capabilities in digital health
